Tasting
Bright citrus-yellow with green highlights. The nose is fresh and expressive, revealing aromas of white peach, pear and citrus fruit. The palate is rounded yet lively, with refreshing acidity, clean fruit definition and a harmonious texture. The finish is crisp, elegant and persistent.
Food pairing
An excellent match for grilled sea bass, shellfish, ceviche, sushi, lemon-roasted chicken or fresh goat's cheese. Its freshness also complements seasonal vegetable dishes, Mediterranean salads and lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
Winemaking
The grapes were fully destemmed and gently pressed in a pneumatic press to obtain high-quality juice. Fermentation was carried out at a controlled temperature of 16°C, preserving the variety's freshness, aromatic purity and vibrant fruit character.
