Technical sheet
Tasting
Pale salmon pink in colour. The nose is fresh and expressive, with aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry complemented by subtle floral and citrus notes. Light and lively on the palate, with crisp acidity, pure red-fruit flavours and a smooth, balanced texture. The finish is clean, refreshing and persistent.
Food pairing
A versatile match for grilled prawns, salmon tartare, seafood pasta, Niçoise salad or herb-roasted chicken. It also pairs beautifully with vegetable antipasti, fresh goat's cheese and lightly spiced Mediterranean or Asian dishes.
Winemaking
The grapes were fully destemmed and gently pressed using a pneumatic press. The must was clarified by flotation before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C, preserving the wine's delicate colour, fresh fruit character and aromatic purity.
