Technical sheet
Tasting
Deep ruby in colour, with expressive aromas of blackcurrant, ripe plum and blackberry, complemented by subtle notes of violet and spice. The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-driven, with smooth, well-integrated tannins and refreshing acidity. Balanced and harmonious, it finishes with lingering dark-fruit notes.
Food pairing
A versatile partner for herb-roasted pork, grilled beef, tomato-based pasta, mushroom risotto or wood-fired pizza. It also pairs well with mature hard cheeses and dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.
Winemaking
Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 25°C. Programmed pump-overs ensured gentle, even extraction of colour, flavour and tannins while preserving the wine's fresh fruit character.
